The building is turnkey, equipped with 2 modern air-conditioning units with heating and cooling, and is ready to move in immediately after connection of utilities (water, electricity, sewerage). The terrace is partially covered and can be used as a pleasant lounge from spring to autumn. The exclusive exterior design features the name of the business in laser-cut and illuminated form.
